Kashubian Coffee

The Kashubians love coffee. Especially the strong and grainy kind. So do we. That's why we want to offer you something special. Brazilian coffee from the Mogiana region, 100% Arabica. The coffee is sun-dried while the beans are still in the fruit. The coffee has a full profile and a sweet aroma. It is also characterized by a medium body and low acidity.

In the coffee, you can taste accents of chocolate and nuts. Coffee in the Mogiana region is grown at an altitude of 700 - 1600 meters above sea level. Its natural processing ensures an even more intense and pleasant taste for your palate. We named it Kashubian Coffee to make it accessible and loved by everyone. Just like the people inhabiting Kashubia. This region of Poland is particularly beloved by those who enjoy sailing and good food.

Kashubian Coffee - Where Does It Come From?

In addition to high-quality coffee, the Kashubians also value natural food. Their dishes are unparalleled. This region of Poland is known primarily for its exceptionally nourishing vegetable and fish soups. The Kashubians serve them regardless of the season. They always taste exquisite.

After such a lunch, it's worth reaching for dessert, for example, Kashubian carrot cake, as the name suggests, carrot cake with a hint of cinnamon. Such homemade baking will taste wonderful paired with our Kashubian Coffee. If you want to try it, order it today from the Gdańsk Coffee Roastery. Depending on your preference, you can brew it in a coffee pot, pour boiling water over the beans, or use a coffee maker.

Brazil, which is associated with colorful festivals, heat, and friendly people, also provides excellent specialty coffee with a mild flavor and no acidity. Definitely try it if caramel, nut, and chocolate flavors are close to your heart. Thanks to the favorable microclimate, coffee harvested in Brazil accounts for 1/3 of all coffee crops in the world! The beans grown in Cerrado are of extremely high quality and occur in large quantities. All thanks to the relatively flat terrain, which allows coffee fruits to be often hand-picked, ensuring constant high-quality crops. Don't have a grinder? No problem, we'll take care of it.
